Shaun’s breads are all made from stoneground flour, a skill that he learnt during his travels through Europe. “I have always had a passion for cooking, so I just trusted my instincts and went from there.” Ingredients include stoneground flour, a little yeast, salt and water, THAT’S IT. There are no added preservatives at all. The variety of breads include a standard plain loaf or ciabatta, olive loaf, caramelized onion, garlic & rosemary and chili loaf. If you’re in the mood for something sweet there’s a delicious cinnamon & raisin loaf too. These are certainly no ordinary breads, come try it for yourself! The flavoured loafs are R25.00 and Ciabatta R15.00
